How does Divination (the art of prediction) work?
Some believe there is a guiding force or spirit directing the fall of the cards, coins, runes, tea leaves etc. Some believe in a Universal Consciousness that wires us all together or in synchronicity where the patterns in our palms, the position of the stars at our birth, the way the cards fall in a reading are all connected to us somehow and therefore have a specific meaning. Others believe everything is random, entirely disconnected and unrelated. They believe the accuracy of a reading hangs on the interpretation and ability of the reader. They feel the best readers not only know and understand the tools of their trade but are also hypersensitive to the human condition. As with so many choices in life, you have to decide for yourself how it works. I just know from experience that it does.
