How does DoDEA decide which commercial activity will be competed and when?
The Competitive Sourcing Program Office (CSPO) is required to submit projections for the out years (last submission went through FY 2014) covering our “Competitive Sourcing Initiatives or Alternatives” as part of the President’s Budget (PB) Exhibit 42. This exhibit is updated annually and provided to the Resource Management Division for inclusion into DoDEA’s overall budget projections. The schedule has been updated to reflect (1) Competitions Completed; and (2) Projected Competitions, which can now be viewed on CSPO’s webpage under the link entitled “Competitions.
