How does EAST align with No Child Left Behinds (NCLB) Enhancing Education Through Technology (EETT) Competitive Grant goals?
The EAST program aligns with the five EETT grant goals listed in the Competitive Grant application. • The primary goal of the EETT Competitive Grant is to provide funding that will assist districts to utilize technology to enhance teaching and promote learning. The EAST program provides professional development for teachers, administrators, and students. The program partners with business entities to allow group purchase rates for hardware and software needed to support students as they identify, develop, and focus on community service projects. EAST technical support is available online and on site.
