How does EM work?
EM works in two primary ways, 1.) by competitive exclusion and 2.) by production of beneficial by-products that promote healthy environmental pathways. The three groups of microorganisms within EM work synergistically, creating a stable micro-ecology that produces a unique spectrum of organic acids, amino acids, antioxidants and hormones. EM is also facultative, allowing EM to maintain metabolic activity in anaerobic and aerobic environments.
