How does ES Professional capture the two Essential Skills – Working with Others and Continuous Learning – that do not have individually rated task statements?

In HRSDC’s Essential Skills Profiles, two of the nine Essential Skills – Working with Others and Continuous Learning – are presented in a paragraph format, instead of task statements. ES Professional follows the same format by allowing you to add a brief paragraph of these two skills within the Essential Skills Job Description if required by the employer.
