How does eWatch Web Pubs differ from public search engines?

0

A. eWatch has created its own proprietary Internet information engine rather than relying on public search engines (Yahoo!, AltaVista, Lycos, etc.) that are designed for commercial purposes. Those services try to index every site on the Internet, including both news and commercial sites. In trying to index every word on the Internet, it takes these search engines several weeks to return to a site to receive new information. Our Internet information engine limits its searches to editorial sites only and profiles each site to know when the site is updated, which information is new, and scans that information against the search terms that our clients have given us. This allows our Web Pubs service to provide fresh news to our clients in every daily report.
