We do our best to ensure ad compatibility for our end users. This starts with you, though! We strongly recommend you test your integration following our test procedures and using live ads, and that you test directly on devices. If you receive user complaints related to ad display, please, please, report them to us ASAP and we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, Greystripe uses a variety of different ads which use different ad trafficking and tracking technologies. To ensure these ads do not cause issues, all ad traffic is sent through Greystripe’s servers before being sent to the end user. These “proxy servers” only send down the required information such as pixel trackers, images, and click-through links to the SDK, helping to ensure that third party ads function as intended.
