members are required to have 7+ years’ experience in a progressive HR function, with a focus on the strategic rather than the tactical aspects of HR. Small groups operate on the principles of peer learning – meeting with a facilitator on a regular basis to dialogue – and committed to supporting and be mutually accountable for each other’s learning. Whom you meet is never left to chance. Groups are carefully formed to match people with similar accountabilities. You meet with people who share the same issues you do. hr connection® is not a volunteer organization; our staff is dedicated to meeting members’ needs.
