members are required to have 7+ years’ experience in a progressive HR function, with a focus on the strategic rather than the tactical aspects of HR. Small groups operate on the principles of peer learning – meeting with a facilitator on a regular basis to dialogue – and committed to supporting and be mutually accountable for each other’s learning. Whom you meet is never left to chance. Groups are carefully formed to match people with similar accountabilities.
