Well, our competition, there’s a couple of restaurants that offer the same items; however, we’ve … added a little twist to all our dishes by being a little creative. And most importantly in terms of the economy, we’ve made it affordable. It’s all about flavor and being affordable. That’s what our goal is. Is [pricing] different or more difficult in an economy like now? It is definitely a challenge because as far as our suppliers are concerned, say for instance the price of gas goes up, they always slap it to us. Let’s say there’s a frost down in Florida so the price of tomatoes goes up. … Tomatoes have been a big issue, fruits and vegetables because of frost. Where we find it to be a challenge is we, as restaurants … we are not able to raise our prices. If we do, it’s going to be sure death. We can’t do that.
