How does Infuzer handle different time zones during the Infuzer download process?
Infuzer picks up and delivers the air flights directly from the ViewTrip reservation. The departure and arrival times are in the local time. Here are some examples of how itineraries might be loaded into your calendar. First example; Time zone difference. A flight leaving Los Angeles (LAX) at 6:00 a.m. arrives in Chicago (ORD) at 12:00 p.m. The flight is a 4-hour flight, but because of the 2-hour difference in the time, and it is a 4-hour flight, a 6-hour flight is logged. Infuzer does not calculate this. The time is picked up directly from the flight information, and is in local time. Your calendar will block out the time from the flight information. Not the actual flying time. Second example; Overnight flight. A flight leaving Honolulu (HNL) at 5pm arriving in New York (NYC) at 10:00 a.m. the following morning, the entire calendar will be blocked from 5:00 p.m. that evening until the following morning at 10:00 a.m. Third example; Arrival time is before your departure time.
