We maintain administrative controls such as systems certifications, chain of trust partner agreements, contingency plans, formal record processing mechanisms, internal audits, information access controls, personnel security, security incident procedures, security management processes, termination procedures, and awareness training programs. All transcriptionists and supporting staff sign non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements before employment; the agreements are in effect for two years following departure. Data confidentiality and integrity are ensured by access control, audit control, authorization control, data authentication, and entity authentication. We maintain compliance with all current HIPAA regulations.
