LocateMyLaptop has no way of automatically knowing that your laptop computer has been lost or stolen unless you notify LocateMyLaptop using the Online Customer Center (available 24×7 at www.LocateMyLaptop.com). After you have signed in to your account at our Online Customer Center, you can click on Report Theft/Loss link to report the loss.
