How does Medybiz select and train the Silvercare professionals and caregivers?
Each of Medybiz’s caregivers is a qualified professional, who has successfully completed a face-to-face interview as well as thorough reference. Each member of our professional staff is an employee, not a subcontractor. Every new professional on board attends an orientation session, a comprehensive training program and follow our comprehensive SOPs and procedures outlined in the respective manuals. They also receive ongoing continuing education on important topics related to senior citizen care.
