How does My Circle from Alltel work?
What you have to do is start up an online account on alltel.com. You will need a previous billing statement to get your account number off of it or get it from a retail store. You can NOT get it over phone. It is against privacy laws for us to give it out over the phone. Set up the account using the primary number on the account if there is more than one number (use the one that is charged the full price for the rate plan). Once you get the account set up, on the main page of the account under My Services there will be a box that says My Circle Numbers. Click it & another page will pop up with 10 boxes. Enter the numbers in there, area code first, with the dashes. The numbers will go into effect at midnight that night. You can change them at any time (including the very next day). All changes will go into affect at midnight the night you make them. All calls to & from those numbers will go toward your unlimited mobile-to-mobile minutes.
