New Wave Swim Club groups its swimmers into three (3) separate programs: Age Group Program: For swimmers still mastering the rigors of a multi faceted workout or just moving up from the pre-competitive program. They spend time mastering stroke technique and drilling skills so they will be comfortable applying these techniques during races. Training is also supplemented with a modified dry land program. The Age Group program is further divided into three levels to maximize the training and provide the swimmers with attention and training appropriate to their level. Recommended training is 4 days per week, 2 to 2.5 hours per session.
