How does onion cell differ from cheek cells(epithelial) and potato cells?

Potato and and onion cell are pretty similar cause they both are plant cells. They both differ from cheek cells because they have a cell wall, large vacuole. And if you look at cheek cells they do not have a regular shape, but onions cells haver a regular shape (square-ish) because of the cell wall.
