The online therapist will need to discuss our work with a supervisor, however no names are revealed. It is important that you also respect the confidentiality of the sessions. Although friends are well meaning and concerned, their comments are bound to affect the therapeutic relationship. If you turn to your doctor because of your emotional difficulties, it is important that he or she knows about us, Frohmood Psychotherapys online therapist/ online counselor and vice versa, and we both have your permission to confer, if necessary. We will not communicate with your doctor without your permission and knowledge of what we wish to discuss. We store all emails securely stored on the premises.
