How does OpenGate Small Business work with multiple users?
OpenGate Small Business includes a central data file where all of your transactions and settings are stored. For a single-user scenario, the data file resides on your own PC. For a multi-user environment, you must have a Windows network in place where all users are able to access the same folder, which may be on a PC or dedicated file-server. Performance will largely be dictated by the speed and performance of your network connections and PCs.
