How does OXEGA assure to track unique “redirects” only once and not more when entering same webcodes several times in a row?
If the entered webcode is already present in the cookie, we don’t count the redirect to prevent duplicates. If cookies are disabled in the user’s browser, we use IP address blocking with a timeout of 20 seconds to prevent counting duplicates. Accidental refreshes of the page are not counted due to this mechanism.
