How does phone and remote help desk support work?
The help desk is your IT partner. You will receive a list of all of the types of problems and software issues they can help you with. They are highly knowledgable about most commonly used programs and will be the ones you turn to when you are stumped, frustrated or unsure of how to solve a computer or software problem. Have your customer ID number ready for the remote help desk support team and call 1-800-575-9784 between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm Monday through Friday Eastern Time. Holidays excluded. Once tech support answers you can then ask questions or work through your problem with the phone support option. Or, you can ask the technician to remote control into your computer and watch as the problem is repaired. The technician will not begin remote computer help without your permission.
