HOW DOES RDC WORK?
Once the software is installed on your computer you insert the checks into the scanner. The checks are sent electronically to Infinity Data’s check processing center. So, there are no more deposit slips to fill out or trips to the bank. RDC records and permanently stores the entire check data including the customer name, date, invoice number, dollar amount, and an exact replica of the front and back of the check. There is no need to ever make a photocopy of a check again. RDC works with virtually any accounting software and you can control the processing of multiple locations and share that information remotely with other people in the company.
