Sanofi-aventis U.S.’ policies specifically prohibit use of Educational Grants to induce or reward purchasing, prescribing, recommending, referring, or formulary placement of a sanofi-aventis U.S. product or service. Any indication that there is a conflict of interest will result in an activity not being funded.
