Bacidiomycete are very interesting fungi usually called Club FUngi but any way to discuss and help you answer you’re question Sexual reproduction in Basidiomycota takes place in the fruiting body, in specialized structures called basidia. The basidia is itself formed by plasmogamy between mycelia from two different spores. However keep in mind whenever you are talking about sexual reproduction you are talking about the process of MEIOSIS and the easiest way to think of Bacidimycota is that MEOISIS occurcing in BASIDIA will give you sexual reproduction, Asexual reproduction is always Mitosis and provides you with the same Polidity meaning (Diplod will give rise to Diploid, Haploid will give a Haploid) In Sexual reproduction however Meoisis only occurs with DIPLOIDS giving out HAPLOIDS.
