How does Soft Telecom support Vox Office?
Generally customers provide us with remote access to their PBX. This means we can monitor them and assist with configuration changes. Connections can be run over a VPN or use a firewall policy to allow our own network access in Dublin. Each new customer gets 90 days free support with the option of entering into a support agreement after this period.
