first your going to need a work visa to get a job in the US. For an hourly job you will need to live in the area of WDW and go to the casting office to apply for a position. If you have a college degree and your applying for a non hourly position there will be a link with each job to submit your resume. Click on the job your interested in and it will give you a complete description, what qualifications are required, what qualifications are desired and a link to apply. But again you will need a work visa to come here to work and Disney generally doesn’t pay for someone to relocate. Your best bet again is to live in the area.
