Our workforce is our greatest asset. DISA's goal is to retain as much of our current workforce as possible. With the support of senior leaders and their management staff, telework has become a key component of DISA's retention and recruitment strategy for the move to Fort Meade. The program provides prospective employees the flexibility that makes Federal service attractive and it encourages employees to remain at DISA. DISA's current Telework program allows eligible employees the opportunity to telework a maximum of three days a week on a regular and recurring basis with supervisory approval.
