How does temperature affect crystal growth?
If you are referring to the growth of crystals as igneous rock forms, then the slower the cooling, the larger the crystals. Also, the faster the cooling, the smaller the crystals. Please put in your details section if this question is about growing crystals in a saturated solution. I might as well add that little bit here also. It is basically the same as crystal formation in rocks. The slower your solution takes to cool down, the larger your crystal will be. Also, if you heat your solution, you will have a supersaturated solution. This type of solution is very unstable which makes it easier form crystals to form. Is that what you are looking for?
