How does TGR get an accurate guest count?
With TGR’s Wedding RSVP Service, guests can opt to RSVP via an 800# or your personalized website. We will collect and tally all responses and post them then to your RSVP report. You may access this report at any time — day or night. As part of our Wedding RSVP Service, we will begin calling all guests who have not responded. The calls will begin 10 days before your guest count is due. Each non-respondent will receive up to three phone calls from our professional, courteous staff. We recognize that your guests are all very important to you and we always treat them just as you would. As we contact your guests we will update your report. On the date that your count is due you will have an accurate count knowing that all guests have been contacted. You can feel comfortable ordering just the number of meals that you need.
