The acquisition of Kinko's fits the FedEx growth strategy in a number of ways: • FedEx services will soon be available at all 1,200 FedEx Kinko's stores globally. • During the third quarter of calendar year 2004, the full range of day-definite ground and time-definite global express services should be available at all 1,100 stores; • FedEx Consolidated Returns should be available at all 1,100 stores during the fourth quarter of calendar year 2004; • FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Centers are magnets for small businesses, a key market for growth. • FedEx Kinko's increases FedEx retail presence internationally. • FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Services offers more than 110 stores in nine global markets. • FedEx plans to expand the number of international stores within five years. • Key expansion markets include Japan, Korea, China, UK, Canada and Mexico.  more
