The selected offeror will be expected to identify the survey sample groups. What is the desired level of precision for estimates at the state level, at the county level, and at any other level (e.g. specific demographics)? Based on their past experience, offerors are asked to recommend the level of precision required to achieve respectable results in a cost effective manner. More than one cost estimate, using various confidence limits, is permitted. What other demographic variables are of interest?
