Your Physician will receive your initial Program and all Optimizations via fax or email after the receipt of any and all information required. If you are not working with a Dzugan Provider, then it is very helpful to establish a relationship with your physicians office manager, nurse or technician and have them rapidly send you the Program Optimizations made by your Physician.
