How does the feedback system work?
Both the CitizenShipper and the CitizenCourier will be able to leave feedback about each other. The CitizenCourier will leave feedback based on whether the CitizenShipper paid promptly and was pleasant to work with, and the CitizenShipper can also leave feedback about the CitizenCourier based on whether he/she picked up and delivered the package on time and in good condition. To leave feedback, you will rate the interaction on a scale from 1-10, and you also have the option of leaving comments.
After buying an item, from any given vendor, you will then have a new option opened on the item description page to rate the other party. Follow the provided link and select a rating congruent with the service you’ve received. We encourage you to be as detailed as possible to promote quality assurance.
Genuine feedback has two important elements: the past and the future. Before you decide which builder to hire, you can look at past feedback to check them out. After you hire someone and the work is finished, you add to that feedback. This system rewards excellent service and punishes bad work. Your feedback closes the loop and give the next customer valuable information about that builder. A builder hired via MyBuilder has a strong incentive to do their absolute best because they are held accountable for any work done for you. Hiring someone through MyBuilder is safer for this reason. Do not engage anyone who suggests that you bypass the site. An honest builder who intends to do good work will want your feedback. MyBuilder feedback is transactional, which means that only people who have actually hired that person can leave feedback on their profile. We work hard to ensure that feedback is genuine, which helps everyone using MyBuilder.
Feedback represents your permanent reputation as a Half.com member. It’s made up of comments and ratings left by other members you’ve bought from and sold to. These comments and ratings, along with your overall Feedback Score, are available in your Feedback Profile. For each transaction, buyers and sellers can choose to rate each other by leaving Feedback. Feedback from buyers can consist of a positive, negative or neutral rating, and a short comment. Feedback from sellers can consist of a positive rating and a short comment. These ratings are used to determine Feedback Scores.
