How does the hardware work?

POS Solutions Plus provides a “turnkey solution” comprised of all hardware, software, operating system, installation and one year unlimited training & support. POS Solutions Plus maintains the hardware and is responsible for all service calls on the system, during that year. In an effort to deliver dependability, and maintain cost effective computer hardware, we continue to research and analyze various computers and hardware that are, to use the industry terminology, “RETAIL HARDENED”. This terminology means that these computers have been tested in various retail environments and include certain features that are not generally available in off-the-shelf computers.
