All new LUST site investigation and corrective action activity reports must be signed by one of the following: • Registered Professional Engineer, • Licensed Professional Geologist, • Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, or • Registered Professional Soil Scientist. Additionally, reports will need to follow the formatted templates for Initial Site Characterizations, Further Site Investigations, Corrective Action Plans, Progress Reports, and No Further Action Requests. The templates will adhere to the new UST Rule, and will be released January 2004.
