How does the iSchool email spam filter work?
The iSchool uses a spam filter called SpamAssassin to evaluate the messages you receive. SpamAssassin creates special headers in your email that provide a score for each message based on its likelihood of being spam. You can set up a client or a server filter to cause messages that are likely to be spam to be moved to another folder for your later review or outright deleted. For detailed instructions on how this works, please see the Spam Filtering on the iSchool Server tutorial.
