All applications that are filed for The Norfolk Foundation or The Virginia Beach Foundation’s 2009 grantmaking cycle will be handled as before. Changes to grant guidelines for 2010 will be posted on the new foundation’s website — www.hamptonroadscf.org — and circulated in the online Grantseekers Gazette.
