The MWTM server must communicate to the cell-site node using IP routing. If the cell-site node is reachable only through the backhaul interface, add a static route on the MWTM server to point to the cell-site node. Use the IP address of the local (aggregation site) RAN-O node as the next-hop address. These examples of static routing for Solaris and Linux platforms are based on the diagram in Figure C-1.
