How does the NSN National guarantee work?
Workmanship and parts are covered by NSN’s unique national network. All parts and labour provided by NSN is warranted for 12 months and 12,000 miles after the initial job. This is a national warranty, so for example, if you have had your vehicle serviced or repaired in Devon by NSN while on holiday and go home to Newcastle and there is a problem simply call NSN’s central number and NSN will arrange for their local garage in Newcastle to repair the vehicle. NSN at its sole discretion will decide where the remedial work is undertaken within its National Network of Approved Garages. All reasonable efforts will be made to undertake such work at a location convenient to the Customer.
