How does the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council obtain public input?
The Planning Division will mail notice of your request to all property owners within 200 feet of the subject property ten days prior to the first public hearing. Notices are also placed in the newspaper and agendas posted publicly on the front of the Municipal Building. Those persons wishing to comment will have an opportunity to do so at the public hearings.
