How does the proofing procedure work?
We work diligently with each customer to make sure they end up with a card design they are thrilled to mail out to friends and family. We take your ordering information and e-mail you one proof of your design. At that time, you can e-mail us back letting us know that the design is “approved” (ready to send to print) or, let us know what changes you would like to see made. It helps if you are as specific and thorough as possible in letting us know of your changes so that further proofing isn’t needed. Each time a new proof is required it delays your printing and shipping time. We do our best to get the design right the first time, but don’t worry if you see changes you want made – our highest goal is to make you happy.
