How does the Prosperity Initiative fit with other Economic Action Plan initiatives that have been announced?
In line with the objectives of the Government of Canada’s Economic Action Plan, FedDev Ontario’s goal is to strengthen southern Ontario’s economy for years to come. The Agency is delivering Prosperity Initiative to address the unique challenges facing the southern Ontario economy. Prosperity Initiative aims to encourage businesses and/or not-for-profit organizations to undertake projects that will result in the diversification and enhanced competitiveness of southern Ontario regions and sectors.
