How does the PSProfile characterize a personality?
PSProfile holds that there are eight basic needs-related traits which motivate us to behave in certain patterns. Each of your traits has a basic need that must be met or frustration and stress is generated. The dynamics of the personality traits and needs interacting with one another creates the whole personality and determines how we relate to others and a lifestyle that is either good or bad for us. Learning about your own combination of the eight traits can help you get to know your true self. The eight traits are: Self-awareness, Sociability, Dominance, Order, Materialism, Energy, Decisiveness, and the Ego/Drive Ratio.
