How does the smart card reduce the number of cards in the consumers wallet?
I don’t know about this card, because I use another digital wallet. I like another platform on which I just created a Personal Account and there are plenty of different services here. For example, I can instantly exchange money with a favorable fixed commission of 1% of the interbank rate. And send and receive money using SWIFT and SEPA international transfers.
The smart card has the ability to store a large amount of data, so it can integrate the different functions that now require many separate cards. For example the TIS Employee smart card has five distinct functions supported by one single card: credit, cash advance, debit, e-purse and building access.
