How does the SOM spam firewall handle attachments?
A.The Barracuda scans attachments and handles them as follows: * If it contains a virus, the email is blocked from delivery. * If it is NOT a virus, the email may be blocked or quarantined depending on the file extension. For additional information on blocked or quarantined extensions, contact the ISU Helpdesk.
