Intrusion has always been an advocate of a ‘pre-emptive strike’ approach to our product solutions. We have kept this philosophy with the SpySnare product. Instead of installing hundreds and even thousands of workstations with anti-spyware software, the SpySnare product can be simply placed inline at the access point, allowing the entire network to be protected by one easily managed unit. An ‘after-the-fact’ removal solution equates to a very costly increase in labor hours for your IT staff. Additionally, host based spyware removal applications will not indicate to your IT staff when a host has been newly infected with spyware. Lastly, costly management of new updates to host based solutions require too much human intervention and ‘trust’ that all users will perform their own ‘due diligence’ in keeping up with the latest releases.
