How does the Star Meter work?
When you earn points from offers that have a star status, your Star Meter “fills up.” Any store or offer that lists a star next to it qualifies. Unfortunately, free-point opportunities like Trivia do not qualify towards “filling up” the Star Meter, or get you closer towards Memogold membership. One purchase or point-transaction does not always equal “filling up” one star in the Star Meter. Once members reach 10%, one of their stars will be filled in, 20% of the way will get you two stars filled in, and so forth and so on. Hint: stores and offers worth more points are going to “fill” your stars much faster. Also, there is not a standard points value that indicate how many points “fill” all ten stars. If you continue to take surveys and online purchases, you will begin to see your Star Meter stars “filled.
