Every year the Dawson County Tobacco Use Prevention Program writes a work plan program for the contract year (July-June). The work plan defines the goals, objectives, target group, time line and evaluation indicators for each goal. This work plan is developed from input by the community members that make up the Dawson County Tobacco Free Coalition and the Dawson County Health Department staff. These people determine the focus of the work plan based on the needs of tobacco prevention in Dawson County. How will these goals be implemented into Dawson County?
