How does the Trading Floor program work?
Our Trading Floor program provides recent graduates of undergraduate programs in business or mathematics with an opportunity to gain applicable experience in a number of areas on our Equities and Fixed Income & Currencies trading floor. Candidates are hired to support specific needs in growing businesses but will have the opportunity to complete learning rotations in up to 4 other trading floor businesses during the first 6 months of employment. These rotations are supplemented by a 4-week, in-classroom orientation and learning program.
