To authorize credit card transactions via your VerePay online credit card payment processing virtual terminal, complete our electronic form that provides the VerePay system with the required information it needs to complete the credit card processing transaction. Cardholder information is encrypted using the latest 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 3.0 technology plus the most sensitive information is additionally encrypted with military level encryption and stored within our Payment Card Industry certified data center. The server automatically sends transaction data through the authorization network to the appropriate card issuer’s bank using a secure, proprietary connection. This takes only seconds. When the transaction process is complete you receive an authorization number, and our server securely stores the transaction. Credit card payment transactions are automatically settled each day and are typically funded within two to three business days.
