How does this performance review tie to Salary Setting in SAP?
As you know, the PPR system allows you to review your employees performance review online. Because an interface exists between the PPR system and the SAP Salary Setting tool, once you assign an overall rating to a direct report, that rating will automatically be uploaded to SAP Salary Setting when the feed occurs. This interface between the two systems ensures that performance ratings are stored in SAP Salary Setting for further analysis when salary increases are determined. The interface also eliminates double-entry between two systems; therefore, the chance for errors is greatly reduced.
